Corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, magnetic properties

Magnetic property: Strong magnetism throughout the process, magnets can be attracted; after cold processing of 304, only weak magnetism remains

Anti-rust ability

Applicable environments: Indoor dry, fresh water, weak acid and alkali, dry atmosphere, ordinary cooking fumes

Weak points: Not resistant to seawater, high chloride ions, seaside outdoor, long-term humid saline-alkali environment, prone to rust and pitting corrosion

High-temperature resistance: Anti-oxidation at 800℃ continuously, commonly used in ovens and stove bodies

Welding weaknesses

The heat affected zone is prone to brittleness after welding, corrosion resistance decreases, not suitable for multi-step continuous welding, tanks, chemical equipment; only a few spot welds for decorative parts can be used.
