Divided into cold-rolled thin plates and hot-rolled medium-thick plates, with surfaces including 2B bright finish and pickled industrial finish; supports leveling, laser cutting, bending, plasma blanking and welding processing. Original factory products, each batch can be provided with material certificate and high-temperature performance test report.

Extremely High Temperature Resistance

Sustainable long-term operating temperature of 1050–1100℃, with short-term peak temperature resistance reaching 1200℃; forms a dense oxide protective layer at high temperatures, resisting peeling, delamination, and burn-through, exhibiting heat resistance far exceeding that of 309S and ordinary 304.

Resistant to High-Temperature Sulfidation and Incineration Flue Gas Corrosion

Excellent resistance to sulfidation corrosion in waste incineration flue gas, sulfur-containing hot gases from metallurgical kilns, and high-temperature oxidizing atmospheres; resistant to pitting and rust even under long-term high-temperature erosion.

High-Temperature Creep Resistance, Less Prone to Deformation and Sagging

Mechanical strength decays slowly under high-temperature environments; furnace linings, high-temperature material trays, and load-bearing plates are less prone to softening and deformation after long-term use.

Resistant to Alternating Thermal Shocks

Resistant to cracking under frequent heating and cooling conditions; suitable for intermittent heat treatment furnaces and quenching equipment.

Excellent corrosion resistance at room temperature. Better rust prevention than 309 and 304 stainless steel in dry and humid environments and mildly acidic conditions. Combines heat resistance and corrosion protection.
