Surface classification
Common grade Surface (FA)
The surface of the pickling surface is allowed to have a depth (or height) not more than half of the thickness tolerance of the steel plate pitting, concave, scratches and other minor, local defects, but should ensure that the minimum allowable thickness of the steel plate and steel strip.
Higher Surface (FB)
The pickling surface is allowed to have local defects that do not affect the formability, such as slight scratches, slight indentation, slight pitting, slight roll marks and color difference.
The company mainly produces hot rolled steel plate, cold rolled steel plate, carbon steel coil, carbon steel pipe, API pipe, structural steel, steel bar and other products. The annual production capacity of cold rolled steel plate production line is 600,000 tons, and the production specification is 0.12-1.2mm*750-1250mm. The production line adopts advanced full hydraulic on the road, flexible and stable control, combined with thickness gauge to achieve automatic control of AGC plate thickness, so as to ensure product quality.
