Steel pipe outer wall anticorrosion form

3PE anticorrosion is generally composed of 3 layers:

First layer epoxy powder (FBE > 100um)

The second adhesive (AD) is 170 ~ 250um

The third layer of polyethylene (PE) 1.8-3.7mm

In actual operation, the three materials are mixed into one, and after processing, they are firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer. Its processing methods are generally divided winding type and circular die coating type.

3PE anticorrosive steel pipe coating (three layers of polyethylene anticorrosive coating) is the 2PE anticorrosive coating in Europe and the widely used epoxy powder anticorrosive steel pipe coating (FBE) in North America for more than a decade.

The coating of 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe is an epoxy powder anti-corrosion coating that is in contact with the surface of the steel pipe, and the middle layer is a copolymerization adhesive with branch structural functional groups. The surface layer is high-density polyethylene anticorrosive coating.

The three pe anti-corrosion coating combines the characteristics of high impermeability and high mechanical properties of epoxy resin and polyethylene. So far, it is recognized as the best and best performance pipeline anti-corrosion coating in the world, so it is applied in many projects.

Anti-corrosion of inner wall of steel pipe

The anti-corrosion of the inner wall of the steel pipe is divided into two kinds: one is the hot-melt epoxy resin powder anti-corrosion (high-temperature fusion), and the other is the liquid epoxy coating, which is commonly used in liquid epoxy IPN8710 (cold spraying at room temperature).
