High-quality spiral-welded carbon steel pipe

Strong Large Diameter Advantage: Φ219–3620mm ultra-large diameters can be produced using narrow steel strips. Seamless and straight-seam pipes rarely achieve such large sizes, resulting in lower engineering procurement costs.

High Weld Strength and Stable Pressure Resistance: Spiral oblique welds disperse stress, offering superior resistance to foundation settlement and earthquakes compared to straight-seam pipes, making them suitable for long-distance buried pipelines.

Flexible Specifications: Wall thickness can be customized from 6–40mm. Standard lengths are 6m/12m, with non-standard lengths produced on demand.

High Welding Reliability: Sufficient penetration depth from double-sided submerged arc welding. 100% hydrostatic testing and ultrasonic flaw detection before shipment, eliminating potential leakage risks.

Mature Corrosion Protection Options: Available in 3PE, epoxy coal tar, FBE, black paint, and galvanizing, providing 50 years of long-lasting underground corrosion protection.

Our carbon steel spiral welded pipes are manufactured using double-sided submerged arc welding. Outer diameters range from 219 to 3620 mm, and wall thicknesses from 6 to 40 mm (customizable). Standard materials are Q235B and Q355B, while oil and gas projects use L245~L555 pipeline steel, conforming to GB/T3091 and GB/T9711 (API5L) standards. All pipes undergo full factory inspection, including hydrostatic and ultrasonic testing, ensuring stable and high-pressure welds. Suitable for water supply and drainage, gas, oil and gas transportation, bridge foundations, and water conservancy projects. 3PE and epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion coatings are available upon request. Sufficient stock is available, and custom sizes and anti-corrosion coatings can be customized according to drawings.
