Q195 is a carbon structural steel with yield strength of 195MPA and advantages of high plasticity, toughness and weldability.

Q235A ingredients: Mn - 0.30-0.65, the Si - 0.3, S -- 0.05, p - 0.045;

Q235B ingredients: Mn - 0.30-0.70, the Si - 0.3, S P - 0.045-0.045.

The carbon content of steel made of Q235A is between 0.14-0.22%, and the carbon content of steel made of Q235B is between 0.12-0.20%. Secondly, in tensile and impact experiments;material Q235A steel does not do impact test, material Q235B steel to do room temperature impact test, V-notch.

The mechanical properties of steel made of Q235B are stronger, and the mechanical properties of steel made of Q235A are weaker.

Q235B is stronger in welding performance, while Q235A is weaker.
