2507 (standard 022Cr25Ni7Mo4N, super duplex stainless steel), composed of an austenite + ferrite dual-phase microstructure, with high alloy ratios of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and nitrogen, integrates high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance. Its performance exceeds that of 304 and 316L, making it a high-end special pipe material for harsh corrosive conditions. The product is mainly made of seamless industrial thick-walled pipes, accompanied by high-precision precision-polished welded pipes. It supports customized processing such as beveling, bending, polishing, and fixed-length cutting.

Superior Resistance to Chloride Ion Corrosion and Seawater Salt Spray:High-molybdenum, high-nitrogen formula, its resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion is several times that of 316L stainless steel. It can withstand long-term immersion in seawater, high-salt wastewater, and brine without rust spots or perforations on beaches or offshore platforms.
Resistant to Various Acids, Alkalis, and Chemical Corrosion Media:Resistant to chlorides, dilute sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, salt solutions, and bleaching agents. Ideal for chemical pickling, electroplating, and desulfurization/denitrification pipelines.
Resistant to Stress Corrosion Cracking:Less prone to stress cracking in seawater and high-temperature brine environments, solving the problem of easy cracking in 304 and 316L stainless steel under long-term high-temperature and salt-containing media.
Stable Under High and Low Temperature Conditions:No embrittlement at low temperatures; maximum long-term operating temperature 300℃. Suitable for heat exchange and high-temperature chemical fluid pipelines.
